Forex Trading EURUSD H4 (15 Nov 2018)
Some profits were locked in from shorting at 1.1300 yesterday before EURUSD price bounces up and hit the remaining position protective stop loss. Had some profits with GBPUSD yesterday too for a few short term trades.
Let’s check forexfactory to see if there are any high impact news (red) today before coming up with the trade plan. Note: Time is GMT (+8).
As can be seen from the calendar, at 9:30pm, both the USD core retail sales actual result is better than forecast which can be good for USD currency.
Also to take note is Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell will be speaking about Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts at 12:30am which may cause some volatility.
As the current EURUSD price is in a range, will only trade short term position for today with 10 to 30pips profit target.
Once again, forex scanner will come in handy today for short term day trade, filtering all 34 forex pairs, screening up to hourly time frame.
