This is a simple and easy to fold origami heart whereby everybody can learn to fold it easily with a piece of origami square paper.
You can use it to write a simple memo inside the heart envelope to give it to your love ones or simply use it as an envelope to put your letter inside.
Kids can make this simple heart envelope to write a lovely memo inside for their parents, siblings or even a thank you note for their teachers and friends.
It is fun and entertaining to fold the origami heart envelope following the step by step video guide.
Steps
1. Take a Square piece of origami paper.
2. Do a triangle fold by folding the paper diagonally across.
3. Open up the triangle fold. You should see a crease line across the paper.
4. Do another triangle fold for the other sides.
5. Open up the triangle fold again. You should now see 2 crease lines that criss cross from the 4 corners of the paper.
6. Fold 1 corner of the paper to the centre point where the crease lines criss cross.
7. Do the same for the other 3 corners.
8. Open up the top and bottom flaps.
9. Fold the bottom flap up, touching the crease line on top.
10. Then fold the tip of the flap down, touching the bottom of the origami.
11. Fold the top flap down, touching the bottom of the origami.
12. Then fold the tip of the flap up. The body of the heart should be aligned.
13. Fold the tip down.
14. Your very own Origami Heart Envelope completed.
